More problems for the Darwin theory 12.26.06

The author Dr.Geoffrey Simmons MD has pointed out in his book What Darwin Didn't Know that he began to see problems with Evolution after reading the book The Neck of the Giraffe by Hitchins. The problem that surfaced is that short neck transitional forms of the giraffe is not found in the fossil record. And as Simmons pointed out it gets a little more curious because in addition the evolution advocates fails to explain how cold blooded animals was able to give rise to warm blooded animals - or
as a joke Simmons asked is there such a thing as a lukewarm blooded animals. And i think it is another curiosity that Simmons points out that how does egg laying become internal fertilization?
Doctor Simmons also doesn't even argue over the claims of the earths age because the cliams of life being billions of years old gives rise to the following problem:
Man has seperated from the apes about 5,000,000 years ago. In that time his brain capacity went from 400 cm**3 to 1350 cm**3. Man has also made other major physical changes such as doubling in height, bipedal abiltiy, and communication in extremely complicated ways. Animals such as crocodiles, sharks, turtles, cockroaches etc has undergone about 500,000,000 years with out changing. Yet man and animal has been influenced by the same environmental changes and man has undergone these changes while many forms of animals have not.
